- Take action for the developing of activities within the Territory, to the best of ability and knowledge and in accordance with he laws od the Territory and the instructions of the First Party activities
- Assist and use its best efforts in order to secure the Project and enter into a Contract as early as possible.
- Assist in arranging visas, residence and work permits for the representatives for the Party 1 and other related that are involve in the Project and the Contracts as required.
- Advise and assist in securing and extending all necessary approvals, licenses, permits and certificates necessary or incidental to the preparation in the participation in the project and the execution of the Contracts.
- Advice and assist in obtaining authorization for the importation into the Territory of goods, materials necessary to execute the Contract.
- Take action for the sake of developing activities within the Territory to the best of the Second Party’s ability and knowledge and in accordance with he Laws of the Territory and the instructions of the First Party, activities of the First Party in the Territory.
- Assist and use it best efforts in order that the Party 1 may secure the project and enter into a Contract as early as possible.
- Assist in arranging visas, residence and work permits for representatives of Party 1 and other related personnel that are involved in the projects and contract as needed or required.
- Advice and assist in securing and extending all necessary approvals, license permits and certificates necessary or incidental to the preparation of and participation in the project and the execution of the Contract.
- Advice and assist in obtaining authorization for the importation into the territory of the goods, equipment and materials ne essary to execute the Contract
